Why I Make Where to Stay Guides
Picking the right hotel is about more than just star rating or pretty photos. The right stay depends on the kind of trip you’re taking, how you want the area to feel, how much walking or transit you want to deal with, and what kind of comfort matters most to you.
That’s why I prefer more thoughtful where-to-stay guides instead of giant generic hotel lists. A romantic trip, a family trip, a solo trip, and a lower-mobility trip can all need very different types of hotels, even in the same city.
